Big "M" is 9 months

Last week I spent the evening with this little sweetheart and his cute smile just makes you melt.  He showed me around the park and his mad skills at standing.  He will be walking before his one year birthday for sure. Enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Family Dinner in St. Paul

Little "M" turns 6 months

I try and always capture babies and little ones at their best moods of the day.  This little guy is wide awake bright and early each morning and the beautiful blue eyes show it!  The cool morning allowed us to go outside and practice "M" sitting up and we finished the session with good mornings to Grandma and Grandpa! T+L e-session

Last week marked the middle of summer with the 4th of July. But I spent the hot and humid evening of the 3rd with this beautiful couple.  The hot weather created some amazing evening light and we venture to some of the highlights of Minneapolis to capure these two with the light.  They were willing to try anything and braved the deadly mosquitos of the midwest summer! J+K Wedding - 6.23.12

The day started a little overcast, but the rain clouds cleared up by the time photos started.  Katie spent the morning with her sisters and friends getting ready and the mood was lighthearted and fun.  Jake surprised Katie with a cute card that he had slipped in her purse the day before.  I convinced Katie's mom to get fake eyelashes for the day, really how often is she going to do that!  We had first look and bridal party photos at this great farm by the ceremony and reception site.  I think it is a new favorite location!

The sun came out for the ceremony, which only brightened the fun pops of yellow and turquoise that were decorating the reception site.  Jake and Katie mimiced the Pulp Fiction dance for their first dance; it was a great hit for the crowd! And a great way to start off the dance floor! Thanks Jake & Katie!  Enjoy!
