48 hour session - Baby "L"

I haven't blogged in a long time.  My holiday season was spent with family and friends.  I always like to slow down and focus on them while it is freezing cold outside.  This last week in April was amazing, warm sunshine, breezes, and light rains.  Which has brought green back to Minnesota.  The buds are starting to show up on the trees.  It brings smiles to my face.  This session was a great one to start my blogging back for the season.
This was my first 48 hour session and I loved it!  The intimate setting of family's first days together is magic to be a part of.  The sweet cries and the soft whispers in the room relax you.  Baby "L" was calm the entire time.  But every time he cried, mom and dad's voice calmed him quickly! Enjoy!

Baby "K" is Brand New to the Brady House!

This little peanut was a Mama's boy from the beginning and now that he is out in the world, he continues to be a Mama's boy!  Every time he heard Mom, he would calm down and wanted her close by him.
Big Sister is SO excited that baby brother "K" is here and was loving and sweet and wanted to hold him for the first part of the session.  She will be a big help to mom and dad. Baby "K" was wide awake for the first half of the session, it is always so fun to watch babies try to look around. We were not sure if the Blue eyes will stay, doesn't matter because he is cute as a button!! Enjoy!

Mr. "T" ~ A Little Peanut

Mom and Dad were given their Christmas gift early this year.  Mr. "T" entered int eh world 3 days early on the 23rd of December just over 5lbs.  He maybe a little peanut, but the love and joy he brings to family and friends is HUGE!  He was pretty laid back for our session, but stayed awake the entire time.  He is amazing to see the difference from each newborn session I do! Enjoy!

The "G" Clan

Each year I get to participate in a great fundraising event to help fight brain cancer, Bowling for Brains.  This event is close to my heart, as my dear cousin is battling brain cancer.  She is one of the strongest people I know and try to model my life after her strength every day.

This past year, I donated a photo session and a couple weeks back I got the opportunity to photograph the wonderful family that purchased the session in the silent auction.  It was a blast photographing this lively and loving bunch! Enjoy!
